The Service Portal is a gateway to information, goods, and services for an organization. It becomes a one-stop landing page offering information, links to applications, and the catalog of services and products known as the service catalog.
Service portals allow employees or customers to get help, submit requests, and access self-service options for support from IT, HR, Legal, Office Services, and more. They enable employees to know how to get what they need to be productive.
